K4002(MAR-M002) High Temperature Alloy
K4002 is a nickel-based precipitation hardening equiaxed crystal casting high-temperature alloy. Its service temperature is below 1000℃. The medium and high temperature performance level of this alloy belongs to the highest level among the existing equiaxed crystal casting nickel-based high-temperature alloys. The alloy has stable structure, good resistance to high-temperature oxidation and heat corrosion. The performance of parts sampling is close to that of single casting samples, and the dispersion of performance data is small. The alloy has good casting process performance, but because it contains more tungsten, tantalum and hafnium elements, it has a higher density than other equiaxed crystal casting nickel-based high-temperature alloys. It is suitable for making turbine rotor blades and integrally cast turbine disks working below 1000℃.
