GH4098 Heat Resistant Pipe

GH4098 is a Ni-Cr-based precipitation hardening deformed high-temperature alloy with a long-term operating temperature of up to 1000°C. Elements such as tungsten, molybdenum, chromium and cobalt are added to the alloy for solid solution strengthening, elements such as aluminum, titanium and niobium are added to form a γ' phase precipitation strengthening phase, and trace amounts of boron and cerium are added for grain boundary strengthening. The comprehensive strengthening effect is obvious. The alloy has high room temperature and high temperature strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and good hot processing and welding properties.

The alloy is used to make high-temperature components such as turbine blades, heat shields, tail nozzles, and afterburners for aviation and missile engines. Similar grades have been used in engine baffles, stiffeners, aircraft fixings, guide blades, and others abroad. Cold stamped and welded parts with working temperatures up to 1000°C.
