Superalloy GH3044 Process Performance And Requirements:
1. Welding performance
GH3044 alloy has good welding performance and can be welded by argon arc welding, spot welding, seam welding and brazing. The molten pool has poor fluidity during argon arc welding, but the crack tendency is small. It is easier to form a bond line and shrinkage cavity in the core during contact welding. Generally, a larger electrode pressure and a lower welding speed are suitable. The alloy can be combined with 1Cr18Ni9Ti, GH1140, GH3030 and GH3039 alloys for welding.
2. Parts heat treatment process
The intermediate heat treatment temperature of the parts is 1140℃±10℃, heat preservation for 3~5min, air cooling, and the final heat treatment temperature is determined according to the working conditions of the parts. For parts that require good resistance to cold and hot fatigue performance: 1150℃ solid solution, heat preservation for 3~5min, air cooling; for parts that require higher thermal strength: 1200℃ solid solution, heat preservation for 3~5min, air cooling.
3. Surface treatment process
Parts working at high temperatures can be effectively protected by W-2 enamel coating.
4. Cutting and grinding performance
No special requirements.
Application Of GH3044 Alloy
GH3044 alloy has excellent high temperature performance, and its high temperature strength and oxidation resistance are better than many other alloys. In high temperature environment, GH3044 alloy can maintain high strength and stability, and is not easy to deform and break. At the same time, it also has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of acid, alkali, high temperature gas and corrosive medium.
