3. GH3030/XH78T Grade Introduction
GH3030/GH30: A Chinese standard 80Ni-20Cr solid solution strengthened high-temperature alloy (nickel content approximately 75-78%, chromium content approximately 19-22%), used for components operating below 800°C, and maintaining good oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 1100°C.
XH78T (KhN78T): The alloy corresponding to GH3030 in the Russian GOST standard. It is often referred to as EI435 (ЭИ435). It is used for similar applications, such as flame tubes, combustion chambers, and turbine components.
