GH4751 alloy What material is GH4751?
GH4751 Overview:
GH4751 (also called 751 alloy) is a Ni-Cr alloy that achieves precipitation hardening effect by adding aluminum and titanium elements. It is mainly used for exhaust valves of internal combustion engines. The alloy still has excellent oxidation resistance, high strength and creep rupture properties at 913°C, and shows excellent resistance to sulfur, bromine, chlorine and other pollutants in cylinder exhaust gas. Its physical functions, mechanical functions and corrosion resistance are the same as X-750.

use:
●Thermowells in corrosive atmospheres
●Vinyl chloride monomer production: resistant to chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxidation and carbonation corrosion
●Uranium is oxidized and converted into hexafluoride: resistant to hydrogen fluoride corrosion
●The production and application areas of corrosive alkali metals, especially the environment where sulfides are used
●Preparation of titanium dioxide using chlorine gas method
●Production of organic or inorganic chlorides and fluorides: resistant to chlorine and fluorine corrosion
●Nuclear reactor
●Retorts and components in heat treatment furnaces, especially in carbonizing and nitriding atmospheres
●For catalytic regenerators in petrochemical production, it is recommended to use alloy 600H to obtain a longer service life when the temperature is above 700°C.
