Inconel X-750 alloy is mainly a nickel-based high-temperature alloy that produces γ′[Ni3(al,Ti,Nb)] phase during aging. It has good corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 980℃, high strength below 800℃, good relaxation resistance below 540℃, and good formability and weldability. The alloy is mainly used to manufacture high-strength, corrosion-resistant ring parts, structural parts and bolts, as well as medium-low stress, relaxation-resistant flat springs and coil springs that operate below 540°C. It is also used to make turbine blades and other parts.
Inconel 690 is a nickel-based alloy containing about 30% chromium and 7% iron. It also contains zirconium, molybdenum, vanadium and other elements. These alloy elements give Inconel 690 excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance, allowing it to work for a long time in extreme environments without failure. The alloy also has outstanding creep resistance and can maintain stable mechanical properties even under high temperature and high pressure conditions.
