What is 718 Inconel?
Inconel 718, also known as Alloy 718, UNS number N07718, W. Nr. 2.4668, is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant, age-hardenable nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy that can be used in the range of -423° to 1300°F and has excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures.
Inconel 718 alloy steel pipe is commonly used in aerospace, gas turbines and other high-temperature applications that require high strength and corrosion resistance.
