Nickel Material Specification

1.4541 is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature mechanical properties. It has good corrosion resistance in atmospheric environment and in different organic and inorganic acid media. This steel also has good intergranular corrosion resistance, and the addition of titanium can improve its corrosion resistance. Due to its low carbon content, it is generally not recommended for use under high temperature or hydrogen corrosion conditions.
