Nickel 201 is a solid solution strengthened commercially pure wrought material grade. The Nickel 201 Plate has nickel as a primary constituent with carbon, manganese, ferrous, copper and sulfur as its other alloys. The Pure Nickel 201 Plate is highly resistant to reducing chemicals and corrosive environments. The plates have higher electrical conductivity and enhanced tolerance to caustic alkalies. The Ni-201 Strip has an outstanding tolerance to hydroxides and embrittlement by intergranular precipitates.
