Nickel 200, also known as UNS N02200, has a very high nickel content, generally required to be above 99.4%, and contains trace amounts of impurity elements such as iron, manganese, silicon, copper, carbon and sulfur, which have an important impact on performance.

After bright annealing, the tube surface is smooth and has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Application of UNS N02200 annealed tube:
Widely used in food processing equipment, salt refining equipment, mining and marine mining, and equipment required for the manufacture of industrial sodium hydroxide under high temperature conditions above 300°C.
Note: Nickel 200 is not recommended for temperatures above 600°F (316°C) because long-term exposure to high temperatures will cause performance degradation.
