UNS N06059 X Hastelloy Metal Pipe
UNS N06059 alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. The alloy has excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing media and has excellent resistance to chloride pitting and stress corrosion cracking. This alloy is widely used in the harshest environments.
Hastelloy X, also known as "Alloy X", is designated UNS N06002 or W.Nr 2.4665. Hastelloy X has also been found to have excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications and is resistant to carburizing and nitriding. Hastelloy X (UNS N06002) is primarily made from a high iron content nickel-based superalloy solid solution strengthened with chromium and molybdenum. It has good tillage resistance and corrosion resistance, moderate durability and creep strength below 900℃, and good cold and hot processing formability and welding performance.
